You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships - usually within 1-2 working days. If it hasn't arrived, message us your order number (for example BLV-123456) on WhatsApp and we'll chase the courier.
Send a photo to info@bilova.in within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full - no return shipping needed.
Yes, if the order hasn't shipped. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can and we'll update it before dispatch.
