Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We ship across India.

Dispatch time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time: Typically 3-7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster; remote pincodes may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999. For orders below Rs. 999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 49 applies. Charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery: COD is available across most serviceable pincodes. You may pay the delivery agent in cash or by UPI.

Order tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track your order any time from the Track Order page or by contacting us.

Packaging: Every jar is sealed and packed in protective packaging designed to prevent leakage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Undeliverable orders: If a courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, or the address is incorrect, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund minus shipping costs.
